Catching Up

It has been a fast summer. I can't believe school will be starting in a little more than a week! I am so thankful I don't have to go back to school to teach. I love staying at home with the boys even though some days are so hard. I would rather be there for my boys when they are whiney and fussy instead of being with 14 year olds who are whiney and fussy! We have been busy and have done a lot since I last posted. Let's look at the pictures to see what we have been doing.

Emma came over to play! They had so much fun!

Jacob felt same from Caleb and Emma in the bus :-)

Caleb and Jacob love bath time, especially bubble bath!

Jacob loves Papaw's sweet potatoes!

And he loves to jump! Great extension!

Mom, why won't this fit in my mouth???

Caleb thought Jacob needed to wear a hat too. He tried several hats on Jacob.

Caleb wanted me to take pictures of the blue block. He was posing with it.

At the farm gathering canteloupes

Now picking tomatoes

Jacob wasn't too sure about it, until the dog came over then he was happy.

Caleb was trying to catch a cricket. He was hot, sweaty and covered in blackberries!

Time to go inside and cool off!

I can't believe my baby is 8 months old! He is such a cutie!

I left Caleb downstairs while Jacob and I went upstairs to get dressed. A little while later Caleb comes walking up the stairs and into my room holding the bottle of baby powder, upside down, shaking it and pouring out powder. I manage to grab it just as he was dumping it in my drawer. I followed the trail down the stairs and this is what I found. Great reason to vacuum!
